How to open an account?

Click on register and sign up for an account.

How to add listing?

Click on the the add listing button and select a plan from those that are available. Fill out the listing form You will be prompted to provide information about your business or services, such as the name, category, description, contact details, location, and any other relevant information. Make sure to provide accurate and complete details. Once done make sure to adree on our privacy policy and terms and conditions the click save and preview once done click continue and head out to check out to pay for the listing plan you have chosen and wait for approval. Once approved, your listing will be visible to potential customers.

What is featured listing?

A featured listing typically refers to a special type of listing that receives enhanced visibility and additional promotional benefits compared to regular listings. Featured listings are often offered as a premium or paid option for businesses or individuals looking to stand out and attract more attention from potential customers.

My business doesn’t have a storefront. Can I still have a Business Profile?

Yes, you can have a profile if your business doesn’t have a physical address as long as you make in-person contact with customers. You can also have a profile if you’re a hybrid business that serves customers at your business address and visits or delivers directly to customers. You may also have a profile if you’re a service-area business that visits or delivers to customers directly, but doesn't serve customers at its business address, like a plumber or cleaning service.

Should I create a Business Profile if I already have a website?

Yes, your free Business Profile complements your website by adding more visibility to your current business website on Google Search and Google Maps.

Can I respond to customer reviews on my Business Profile?

Yes, you can respond to reviews when you’re signed into your account. When you reply to a review, your response appears below your customer's review

How do I update my Business Profile?

To start, sign in with the account used to verify your business. Tap your profile picture on the top right corner of the dashboard and select “Your Business Profile” to access these tools. Look up your business by name or search “my business” to update your profile.
